How we work
1. First conversation
We listen to how you live, what you imagine and what you are starting from: a plot, a house to renovate or just an idea. If you do not have land yet, our search service helps you find it.
2. Concept and preliminary design
We turn that conversation into a first proposal of volumes, light and orientation, with a realistic cost estimate from the outset.
3. Project and permits
We develop the basic and construction projects, together with the interior design and landscaping, and handle the building permit. This phase usually takes 6 to 8 months of work, plus each council’s permit timeline.
4. Construction
We build with our own construction company and a single point of contact, so that what is drawn is exactly what is built. A single-family home usually takes 12 to 18 months to build.
5. Handover and beyond
We hand over the finished house, furnished if you wish, and remain at your side with our after-sales service.

Where is the studio and where do you work?
Our studio is in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. From here we design and build throughout Spain and abroad, from an estate in Extremadura to a house in Tulum.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Bespoke homes, such as Arces House in Aravaca, and country houses, such as Country House LS; full refurbishments of flats, like our refurbishment in the Salamanca district, and of houses, like the 300th Renovation at El Escorial; and one-off pieces, from the ÁPH80 portable home to a garden pavilion. How much does a project cost?
It depends on the site, the floor area, the finishes and the complexity, so each house is budgeted individually. From the earliest stages we agree a realistic estimate with you, which is then refined into a fixed, itemised budget.
How long does it take?
The project (preliminary, basic and construction design) takes 6 to 8 months of work, plus each council’s permit period. Building a single-family home usually takes 12 to 18 months.
Do you handle permits and construction?
Yes. We handle the building permit, often through accredited urban planning bodies that speed it up, and we build with our own construction company, with a single point of contact throughout.
What is self-promotion?
It means designing and building your own home as the developer, instead of buying one from a developer: more control over design, quality and cost. We coordinate everyone involved so you don’t have to. Everything about self-promotion.
