The ÁBATON website (hereinafter, the “Website”) has been created primarily to provide detailed and up-to-date information about the services offered.
Use of the Website implies acceptance of each of the conditions included in this Legal Notice, so it should be read carefully.
2. Purpose of the Conditions.
The purpose of these terms of use (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”) is to govern the relationship between the user of the Website and ÁBATON, granting the user the greatest possible guarantees of transparency and security in accordance with the applicable regulations. Specifically, these Terms of Use govern access to, browsing and use of the Website, without prejudice to ÁBATON’s right to modify them. Access to and use of the Website implies acceptance of its Terms of Use and of any modification made to them, as well as acceptance of its Privacy and Cookies Policy. 10. Applicable law.
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish common law and by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, where applicable. Nevertheless, both parties will do everything reasonably necessary to try to resolve any disputes amicably.
