Farm kitchen in Extremadura

The kitchen of the Finca in Extremadura combines spaciousness, natural light and a constant relationship with the landscape. Located in the main volume, it is conceived as a social and functional space, capable of hosting large gatherings around a continuous island that articulates daily life.
Its clean configuration and the presence of natural materials create a serene atmosphere, in which the architecture dialogues with the exterior through large openings facing the surrounding vegetation and meadows.
An open space connected to the landscape
The kitchen opens to the outside through large windows that frame the landscape as part of the interior.
The wooden door of the renovated old farmhouse, visible from some angles, reinforces the connection between tradition and a completely contemporary interior.
Materials that define the space
The space is organized with sustainable materials that provide balance and continuity. Neutral tones star in the main volumes, with paneled furniture that blends into the architecture and a continuous surface that unifies the work area.
The discrete and aligned pendant luminaires accompany the length of the ensemble.
