The heart of social life

In a 19th century listed building, this renovation transforms the house, creating a fluid and light-filled space. At the heart of the house, the kitchen acts as the focal point, generating social relations and connection between its inhabitants. From the kitchen, the public area unfolds towards large windows that open completely in summer, allowing direct contact with the neighborhood’s green square.

Open spaces overlooking the square

At the other end is the private area of the house, centered around a family living room that leads to the more intimate rooms. The master bedroom is located on the main facade of the building, overlooking the square, offering a haven of peace and light.

Privacy and light in every corner

This renovation seeks to improve the layout of a previously compartmentalized property, enhancing the common spaces and maximizing natural light throughout the home. The owners describe the goal as a house that flows around the common spaces, promoting contact and family life.
