The integral reform of a villa in the north of Madrid
To renovate this villa, located in a single-family housing development, we sought to recover the qualities it had lost over the years. Surrounded by nature and with direct access to the pool, the house unfolds on two levels under a gable roof, respecting the essence of its original facade as part of its new life.

The warmth of a ground floor that caresses the senses
The renovation project proposes an open first floor bathed in light, where social areas and meeting spaces are combined. With a warm and neutral background, the natural materials create an enveloping atmosphere, like a soft whisper that frames the works of art and objects that the owners have chosen as a reflection of their essence.
