With the arrival of spring, terraces, patios and gardens become an active part of the home, expanding its boundaries and offering a new way of living. In this article we show a selection of outdoor design furniture to make these spaces protagonists this season.

Choosing each piece well is not just a question of aesthetics. It is about building an atmosphere where comfort, materiality and relationship with the environment are in balance. Taking the interior to the exterior does not imply replicating it, but adapting it to new conditions of light, climate and use.

Since its inception, the Kettal brand has been committed to the development of timeless, customizable and technically precise pieces, developed in collaboration with international designers and produced under sustainable criteria, using recyclable materials and certified wood.

Collections such as Mesh, Basket and Riva reflect this vision: innovation, international vocation and environmental commitment.

The lamps of Álvaro Catalán de Ocón introduce a more experimental dimension. Made from recycled PET bottles, these pieces translate artisanal techniques into a contemporary language.

Light is not only functional: it builds ambiance. Outdoors, where lighting tends to be more diffuse, these lamps bring an unexpected warmth and texture that dialogues with the vegetation.

The Danish brand HAY founded by Mette and Rolf Hay, was born with the premise of democratizing design without sacrificing quality. Its philosophy is based on collaboration with international designers and a cross-cutting approach that draws from art, architecture and fashion. This approach translates into versatile pieces that respond to new forms of contemporary use.

In the field of designer outdoor furniture, the Palissade collection, designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, exemplifies this vision: a series of clean lines and precise geometry, conceived to blend naturally into urban or natural landscapes.

The Italian firm Paola Lenti was born from an artisanal approach to design, initially focused on the development of rugs and research on yarns and fabrics. Over time it has redefined itself into designer outdoor furniture, incorporating a unique sensitivity to color, texture and durability.

The Italian company Roda was born in 1991 with a clear intuition of its founder, Roberto Pompa: to transfer to the exterior the same quality, care and sophistication of the domestic interior. Since then, its evolution has been marked by a vision that understands outdoor furniture design as a natural extension of architecture, where interior and exterior are diluted in a spatial continuum.

Within Expormim’s business project, the raw material used in the manufacture of its furniture is characterized by being sustainable and environmentally friendly. A firm commitment to the value of craftsmanship and tradition.

In ABATON, the exterior is conceived as a room fully integrated into the house, where architecture, landscape and design dialogue in balance.
