Retro furniture is in fashion and will give a very personal touch to the interior of your home. From tables, armchairs, to lamps, we are sure that there are retro furniture that are irresistible, like these that we present below. Surely you are not able to resist having one (or more) at home!

If there is a retro and comfortable armchair that is the pelican armchair. Maybe you’ve seen it at trade shows or decorating exhibitions. The truth is that this chair, by Finn Juhl, in oak is perfect for environments that provide a touch of warmth, such as offices or large living rooms.

An emblematic retro piece of furniture if ever there was one. The reale table, designed by architect Carlo Mollino for the prestigious furniture firm Zanotta, stands out as an iconic piece of Italian design from the 50’s. What is it that will make you fall in love with this piece of furniture? Well, mainly that it is a spectacular table with a 15 mm thick glass top with beveled edges. You can also choose the top in white marble, carrara, marquina black marble or emperor brown. Its structure is made of natural oak, wenge stained or walnut stained. Can you imagine how many family gatherings you could have at this vintage table? You will surely succeed!

When you have to choose a retro piece of furniture, you are not only thinking about the aesthetics or how it will look at home, you are also looking for it to be comfortable. And that is the case of the GE 290 armchair designed by Hans Wegner for Getama in 1952. This armchair stands out for its materials, it is made of solid oak wood and original removable upholstery. It is one of our favorite Danish armchairs. It is so comfortable that not only decorates a room, but you can also spend hours and hours sitting in it placidly.

The name of this armchair, reminiscent of those found in palaces and grand residences, comes from its circular shape. The Ring armchair was designed by Nanna Ditzel, also known as the queen of Danish design , and Joergen Ditzel in 1958. Although it was discontinued for decades, a few years ago, the brand GETAMA, launched it again to the market, becoming an iconic design of the 50’s. Currently we can find it in Oak and Walnut, upholstered in leather or Kvadrat fabric.

This retro chair is perfect for an office, a living room or a double bedroom. What about you? Where would you place it in your home?

The fifth retro piece of furniture you’ll want to have in your home is a lamp. Lighting is more than important in a home. Fine and delicate looking, the Parliament lamp fits in any corner of the house. The origin of this lamp has a lot to do with its origin. Le Corbusier designed the Parliament lamp for the Parliament of Chandigarh, located in India. It is a floor lamp, with adjustable double emission, in painted aluminum with matte black and yellow or white and gray diffusers. It brings a warm light to any corner of the house.

These are 5 of the retro furniture that we have selected for you, whichever you choose, it will certainly be a wise decision.
