AS Landscaping Project

The landscaping proposal of the ABATON projects arises as a natural extension of the architectural projects, from the first sketches already appear spots of vegetal elements, which solve certain aspects of the project.
“Here the designs are inspired by oriental gardens, designs that sublimate nature, resulting in harmonious ensembles.”
In this landscaping there are five distinct areas, the first of which integrates the pedestrian access, in it, there are different species among which are the pair formed by Salvia nemorosa ‘Caradonna’ and Nepeta Faassenii “Walkers Low” and maple variety Freemanii Autumn Blaze.
Project AS has two interior courtyards in which Mediterranean inspiration has been sought and in the main bathroom courtyard a tropical aspect with plants adapted to the climate of the area. The main patio, with Mediterranean inspiration, has the presence of an orange tree accompanied by white agapanthus. In the main bathroom there is a lemon tree with a mix of ferns and tropical plants, specifically Alpinia Zerumbet, Cyathea, Dicksonia, Crocosmia Lucifer and Heliconia Schiedeana. A tropical aspect with plants adapted to the climate of the area.
In the southernmost area of the plot is located the space to share with family and friends. Also in this area is the swimming pool with the work of Arturo Berned. The landscaping has been arranged looking for depth and playing with heights and areas. Thus, the lawn closest to the house starts with light tones mixing the low whites that are acquiring height as you move away from the house. This elevation is tinged with brushstrokes in purple and pink tones. In the area closest to the pool, lime green is combined with orange tones. The soapstone path, designed for children to play with their bikes, is landscaped with Mediterranean species such as Myrtles, Lavender and Phlomis.
We pay special attention to the harmony of species and combine them according to their height, flowering period and color, looking for asymmetry in all the elements of the garden, simplicity in the forms, the beauty of emptiness, the naturalness that represents the same wild, balanced and rational nature.
