Las Marías

Torre Sostenible Prize, 2009.

GROUP OF 8 DETACHED HOUSES: 2 618m²

This group of houses is located on a very beautiful piece of land, not only because of the views over the Guadarrama valley, la Sierra of Madrid and the city itself but also because of the presence of impressive granite rocks and valuable natural vegetation. The design and construction of these properties focused on linking all these elements and integrating them to the interior by way of large windows. The elements were also linked to the architecture of the buildings.
